1. Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Items damaged by misuse or accidents

3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace the item or offer a full refund after verifying the issue.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of errors on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

For size, color, or product changes, a standard return and new order may be required.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.
